Plain-language terms for using Wizardo.tools and ordering our SIM cards, eSIMs, crypto swaps, and data removal service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. What we offer

Wizardo.tools sells anonymous SIM cards and eSIMs, provides a no-KYC crypto swap service, and offers a personal data removal service. All products are paid for with cryptocurrency. No account, registration or ID is required to place an order.

2. Delivery times

Delivery times vary by product:

📱 Physical SIM Card

3–6 days

Usual delivery time via PPL. In rare cases (customs, remote areas) it can take up to 14 days — if it does, contact us and we'll look into it.

🌍 eSIM

Within 24h

Usually delivered within a few hours of payment confirming, always within 24 hours.

🔁 Crypto Swap

Minutes

Processed by our exchange partners — typically instant to around an hour depending on network confirmations.

🕵️ Data Removal

Ongoing

Not a one-time delivery — removal requests are submitted to data brokers on an ongoing basis, with weekly progress updates by email.

3. Payment

All prices are shown and charged in EUR-equivalent cryptocurrency at the time your invoice is created. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible — because of this, orders are final once payment is confirmed on the blockchain. If your order doesn't arrive within the expected window, contact us and we will investigate.

4. Your responsibility

We are not responsible for how you use our products. What you do with a SIM card, eSIM, or crypto obtained through a Wizardo.tools swap is entirely your own responsibility. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country. We do not knowingly facilitate illegal activity, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

We are a facilitator, not a telecom operator or financial institution — SIM/eSIM connectivity is provided by our underlying carrier partners, and swaps are executed by third-party exchanges. Their own terms of service also apply.

5. Your data

We don't run a customer database. Your delivery contact (and shipping address, for physical SIM cards) exists only long enough to fulfill your order, then it's deleted. See our About page for more on how this works technically.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the site evolves. The current version always applies to new orders placed after a change.
